Honey Rose Mvmt Studio

is a boutique women's specialty studio

 located in the heart of

Plum Creek in Kyle, Texas, 78640

where I transformed our private detached garage

into a gorgeous, soft sacred space.

I put my entire heart into creating a space

where every woman can feel

celebrated, worthy, accepted, capable and empowered. 

A soft place where you can be your authentic self

without reservation or hesitation.

Where you can feel like the

beautiful, confident and strong goddess you are!

This intimate setting with soft, immersive lighting,

flattering mirrors, and surround sound

accommodates four to six practitioners per session,

with weekly sessions offered on

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Softly scented with non-irritating

Vanilla, Frankincense and Benzoin oleoresins.

Oleoresins are among the

safest, purest forms of aromatherapy,

and are less problematic than most essential oils.

Each resin has been carefully chosen

for its distinct therapeutic benefits,

especially for emotional regulation, pain relief,

and nervous system support.

Benefits include:

Vanilla: Calms the nervous system and gently uplifts mood.

Frankincense: Grounds the breath and eases anxiety and inflammation.

Benzoin: Soothes emotional fatigue and supports respiratory ease.

Two air purifiers run continuously to remove

dust, chemicals and allergens from the space,

along with two dehumidifiers,

providing a safe environment for those with 

MCAS, allergies and asthma.

We are working towards complete insulation and

that is currently an ongoing project. 

We keep the space comfortable with

multiple high-powered fans, a portable a/c unit,

and ice packs in the summer~

and space heaters for cold weather.

Those with extreme temperature dysregulation

may find the current environment challenging,

but we will have a fully insulated studio soon!
