💃🏼Dancing Rose💃🏼
This is our Rose Movement~
a joyful, pelvic-floor-focused dance fitness experience
inspired by sacred feminine dance traditions
—Belly, African, and Indian Temple—
blended with Pilates, yoga, and breathwork
that gives you space to bloom.
Each session features ever-evolving and always-inspiring
routines set to Ethno-Electro and Afro-Beat soundtracks
that invite you to shimmy, shine, and smile while
strengthening your deepest core, balancing your pelvic
floor, releasing stress, stimulating the Vagus nerve,
and toning your entire body.
Rooted in the
Universal Principles of Alignment
and fascia-loving movement, this class is designed
to be safe, empowering, and accessible.

Three different formats throughout the month
to support our energy in every moon phases!
💖Pulse~ Moderate impact and intensity, with modifications to support your preferred level. This cardio format is designed to get your heart pumping, harnessing the rising energy of the Waxing moon phase. Expect high energy and non-stop beats that keep us moving, glowing, and shimmying~ activating vitality through joyful, rhythmic motion.
*Caution for hEDS
🧘🏼♀️Flow~ this low-impact, moderate-intensity style integrates more yoga alignment, movements and poses, intentionally applying all of the Universal Principles of Alignment to protect our joints, which have more laxity at the Full moon phase. The slower pace allows us to move with deliberate grace and purpose but doesn’t reduce the effectiveness of the workouts; in fact, it challenges you more as you don’t have momentum to assist your movements, allowing you to connect with every muscle in your body. You can think of it like yoga dance!
*Hypermobility-safe, but caution for POTS as we are standing unassisted.
❤️🔥Glow~ Low-impact, continuous gentle cardio with graceful, feminine movement at a slower pace than Cardio. Strong, supportive and sacred—this format honors the Waning moon phase, when energy softens. It invites you to move with intention, engage your deep core, and rest into the wisdom of your body.
*Hypermobility-safe, but caution for POTS as we are standing unassisted.

Somatic. Strong. Supple.
This is our Honey Movement.
Gentle, floor-based flowing movements and breathwork
invite the body's natural spirals, undulations and circles to
deeply warm, hydrate and honey-fy the fascia for
pain relief, relaxation and core strength.
Blending gentle Pilates, yoga, Belly dance, and sensuality
to these somatic floor movements
improves deep core and stabilizers strength,
range of motion, mobility, and nervous system regulation,
aiding in the release of pain and stress.
Find your own rhythm and flow with
organic downtempo ethnic-electro soundtracks
and sensuous movements
that will take you out of your mind and
into your body with full presence and power.
Incorporating the

keeps the hypermobile body safe
and enhances effectiveness of the movements for all.

Our velvet-wrapped poles are a sacred pillar~
not for painful tricks, but for steady, solid support,
inviting you to fully embody the strong goddess within.
Our feet stay on the soft support of your personal space
as we practice our fluid undulations, circles and spirals.
This is the honey-soaked pathway to finding
the anchor of stability within, the fluidity of your fascia~
designed to meet the needs of your nervous system
and your magnificent, complex body.
Our music tracks are powerful, sensuous mixes of
percussion-filled Tribal beat, organic downtempo,
and feminine empowerment.

Once your MVMT Discovery Pack has ended,
our monthly membership,
the Strong Supported Supple Pass,
offers unlimited sessions all month at a deep discount.
Sessions are spaced out through the week
on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
to allow for optimal recovery between,
and each format compliments the others.

Booking Your First Session
The first step is to purchase your MVMT Discovery Pack!
Tap the package button and create an account with
my booking system. This will direct you to the shop
where you can view and purchase packages
safely through Paypal or Stripe (credit card).
Once that is accomplished, Jessa receives an alert
and will reach out by text within 24 hours.
Feel free to text her if you wish.
Drop-ins initially are not recommended.
The sessions nourish each other
and consistency will unveil their benefits.
