deeply supportive low-impact movement practices

in a small-group setting, exclusively for the feminine.

We currently offer in-studio, small group sessions~

~beyond chronic pain, pelvic floor struggles,

and the ache of aging joints~

through fascia-informed, sacred movement.

in core, legs, and arms,

and awaken the fluid, powerful nature within.

The Sacred Center

Do you leak (even just a little) when you 

sneeze, cough, laugh, jump, run or exercise?

 

It isn't something we talk about with our friends

but chances are, many of them do too.

 

Many women will experience some form of 

pelvic floor dysfunction during their life.

 

Dysfunction can arise from~

 

✶childbirth

✶high impact exercise

✶heavy lifting

✶stress and trauma

chronic cough or constipation

✶obesity

 

And, age isn’t always a factor.

 

I’ve spoken with:

College students in their teens and 20s

experiencing pain and leakage from stress.

 

Child-free women in their 30s

— runners, powerlifters— facing prolapse

or incontinence despite active lifestyles.

And women's bodies have been both taboo and

a source of shame and sexualization for far too long.

 

So it's no wonder so many of us are disconnected from

this most sacred part of our bodies.

It’s marketed as normal.

But it’s also a billion-dollar business.

 

Sales of adult care products have surged these past

few years, fueled by the aging Boomer generation.

 

But here’s the deeper truth: leakage isn’t inevitable.

 

Incontinence isn’t just 'what happens'.

 

And aging doesn’t mean surrendering

your strength, sensuality, or sovereignty.

 

We’ve been conditioned to expect decline

instead of being taught how to prevent it.

 

We deserve better.

 

We deserve pelvic education,

fascia-informed movement,

and sacred reconnection—

 

not just products that mask the symptoms.

Kegels aren’t always the answer.

In fact, they often can make things worse.

engage the entire pelvic floor—

not just one muscle group like Kegels do.

 

We retrain all three layers of pelvic floor musculature

for balance, not brute strength.

 

Because what we’re seeking is the Goldilocks position:

Not too strong. Not too weak. Just right.

 

Leakage doesn’t only come from weakness—

a pelvic floor that’s too tense- hypertonic-

or one that is discoordinated can also cause leaks.

 

That’s why it’s just as vital to learn how to fully relax

your pelvic floor as it is to strengthen it,

and to coordinate breath, diaphragm and musculature.

 

Each Honey Rose Mvmt session

trains our bodies to activate

the deep stabilizers of the core for optimal support.

This is not a 'sucking in'~ this is a breath-led

softening and unfurlment on our inhale

followed by an inner hug, like wearing a corset,

on a long, slow exhale.

We call it 'Rose Breath', or the 'Micro-Core Hug',

and among its many benefits is that it

retrains the pelvic floor muscles to work together.

 

This is about sacred biomechanics, somatic awareness,

and restoring harmony to the root of your power.
